Things to do in Brigantine!

Fun activities and things to do at Brigantine Beach!

Brigantine Beach.....where bathers enjoy the wide, gently sloping, white sandy beaches, free from the noise and congestion of the boardwalk traffic.

The perfect place for sport fishing, surfing, skiing, windsurfing, clam digging, and treasure hunting. Bordering the coastal New Jersey's largest wildlife refuge, Brigantine's reverence for nature can be found everywhere.

For sport enthusiasts, there are tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields and well equipped recreation centers. Volleyball is also a favorite past time and courts can be found on the beach. The public is invited to join our various seasonal leagues and special tournament play.

For those who prefer to exercise in a more leisurely fashion, the island is the ideal place for safe walking or scenic bike riding.

Then there's golf... ahh, the golf...18 holes of natural wonders! Brigantine Beach is the only barrier island in the State of New Jersey that offers this.

The Links at Brigantine Beach  Built in 1927 as part of the island's master plan, The Links at Brigantine Beach is unique in the Northeast with its Scottish links design by Wayne Stiles and John Van Kleek. Brigantine's history is intertwined with the famed Scottish links courses of old. Local legend suggests that "Old Pros" from the 1920's practiced at Brigantine before sailing for the British Open. Located at Roosevelt Blvd & the Bay. 1-800-698-1388 or 609-266-1388 for tee times or information.
